CAPS - Staff/Car Loans System

Manages Public Sector Staff Loans. Although originally designed to manage Staff Car Loans, the system also manages loans for any reason. The system has been successfully managing Staff Loans for the last 10 years. The system manages the loan from enquiry and quotation, through advance and repayment to termination. Due to changes in the Consumer Credit Act the system has been updated several times to ensure that regulated loans are managed within the regulations.

MAS - Mortgage Administration System

Manages Local Authority Housing Advances (Mortgages). The system has been successfully managing mortgages in local authorities for over 10 years. It has been designed to elegantly manage the various options applied to Housing Advances across the country. It maintains a six way split of arrears, allows multiple loans per borrowers(s), multiple Borrowers per Loan, variable and fixed interest rates, forecasted interest and principal figures, as well as lots more.
